Key Responsibilities

• Lead business systems, scalability, and process optimization to ensure operational efficiency
• Oversee financial operations, including payroll, budgeting, and reporting systems for transparency and accountability
• Manage HR, compliance, and recruiting efforts to support sustainable growth and mitigate risk

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in operations, finance, or business management, preferably in coaching or digital services
• Proficiency with business tools such as Keap for CRM and automation, and QuickBooks for financial management
• Experience in optimizing business systems and managing HR and compliance functions
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and cost management experience
• Demonstrated leadership skills to manage execution-focused team members
