Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Product Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage strategic initiatives including the annual product strategy and roadmap process
- Define and track product KPIs, ensuring proper reporting for various organizational meetings
- Oversee acquisition integration and onboarding processes for new product team members
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Communication, or equivalent experience
- 15+ years of Product Management and/or operational experience in a software company or technology startup
- Expertise in cloud-based, software-as-a-service products
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team of product managers
- Proficiency in product roadmap software (Aha!) and CRM data (Salesforce) is preferred
