Engineering Enterprise Trust Foundations Head

Job Summary

A company in the Information Technology industry is looking for a Head of Engineering, Enterprise Trust Foundations.

Position Responsibilities

• Lead Engineering teams to deliver key new features for enterprise customers and expand the depth of existing features
• Build a team culture of quality, innovation, efficiency, and initiative with a relentless focus on customer needs
• Partner with product and design leadership to take full ownership of business outcomes and develop features specific to regulated industry, policy-driven controls, and change management

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience working in software engineering organizations
• 8+ years of Engineering leadership, including hiring and leading leaders
• Experience building and nurturing cultures of operational excellence, shipping high-quality products to enterprise customers
• Experience in building new teams from scratch
• Bachelor's or higher degree, or its equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems Management, or a closely related field of study
