Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in software engineering, quality engineering, or product development
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science or related field
- Knowledge of organizational technology standards, software delivery roles, and Agile metrics
- Experience mentoring and developing team members
- Working knowledge of multiple Agile development methodologies
