Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join their team remotely in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities and provide sales support to the sales team
  • Assist in conducting research and daily outbound calling and emailing to targeted prospects to qualify and set meetings with account executives
  • Generate and submit activity and result reports in Salesforce
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Enterprise Sales Development Representative in a B2B sales development or inside sales role, with experience selling to HR buyers
  • Demonstration of past success in hitting goals/quotas
  • Previous experience with CRM and Sales Engagement platforms preferred
  • Working knowledge of surveys, company offerings, competitive landscape, and related common business problems
  • Willingness to work with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences
