Job Summary
A company is looking for a Fraud Operations Support Manager in the Compliance department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 5-10 investigators and oversee their daily workflow, quality assurance efforts, and provide coaching and feedback
- Conduct fraud investigations of monetary and non-monetary transactions across various account events
- Collaborate with the Fraud and Identity team to create and manage standard operating procedures, monitor KPIs, and assist with defect analysis
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience managing front-line fraud investigators or analysts
- 5+ years of experience in fraud analytics or operations with knowledge of bank operations and regulations
- Experience in fraud investigations related to Card, ACH, Wire, and Check transactions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Knowledgeable of banking regulations impacting lending and retail banking
