Global Corporate Controller
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Global Corporate Controller in the Finance department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall accounting activities, including revenue, prepaids, fixed assets, accruals, and share-based compensation expenses
- Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including reviewing journal entries, account reconciliations, and working papers
- Lead interim and annual financial statements audit
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Equivalent
- Active CPA certification
- 5+ years of experience in Big four accounting firm - audit/assurance practice
- 10+ years of hands-on full-cycle accounting experience, including 5+ years of team management
- Comprehensive understanding of US GAAP, SEC reporting principles, and regulations
