Job Summary
A company is looking for a Go-To-Market Process Owner.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, scope, and lead critical projects and initiatives by partnering with cross-functional teams
- Provide project management leadership and drive process changes for large-scale initiatives
- Define and measure key metrics/KPIs to evaluate process effectiveness and efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- 3+ years of experience in tech enablement and process definition preferred
- Experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or at a top 5 consulting firm preferred
- One or more certifications in Six Sigma, Lean, or PROSCI change management preferred
- Previous Salesforce CRM experience preferred
