Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Total Rewards and HR Systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with business goals
  • Oversee HR technology platforms and streamline HR processes to enhance employee experience
  • Lead communication and change management efforts related to compensation and benefits programs
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, benefits, and HR systems, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven ability to design and implement scalable rewards strategies in dynamic environments
  • Deep knowledge of compensation structures, benefits programs, and compliance requirements
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven HR practices
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; graduate degree preferred
