HR Operations Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Operations Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR systems and databases
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and support HR programs and initiatives
- Lead the onboarding process and manage related administrative tasks
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3+ years of experience in HR, HR Operations, or related role
- Experience with Workday or other HRIS systems
- Solid understanding of HR and employment laws
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google tools, especially Excel and Word
