Job Summary
A company is looking for an HRIS Developer for their People Operations team, who will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting Workday integrations, as well as managing the HRIS request backlog and developing stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify process and automation improvement opportunities and design, develop, test, deploy, support, enhance, and maintain Workday integrations
- Manage the HRIS request backlog and develop stakeholder relationships
- Gain a working knowledge of current Workday integrations, ensure design, security, and compliance best practices are followed, and keep track of technological advancements and trends in Workday Integrations
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with information systems and basic proficiency with programming or scripting (Javascript, Java, C#)
- Experience with the software development lifecycle and knowledge of SCRUM or other agile methodology
- Integration experience working with new vendors, APIs, file and data transformations
- Workday integration experience, including CCB, EIB + XSLT transform, Workday Studio, Workday APIs, Advanced Custom Reports, and Calculated Fields
- Ability to balance stakeholder management with overall HRIS priorities
