Job Summary
A company is looking for a Implementation Engineering Vice President for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide, nurture, and direct teams of software engineers in implementing new capabilities for strategic client relationships
- Assess and improve platform stability and scalability for full-rate production volumes
- Lead offshoring of quality assurance team and develop a long-term strategy for offshoring other skill sets
Required Qualifications:
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on technical supervision and people management experience
- Experience in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Go, Python, Scala) and eagerness to learn more
- Familiarity with unit, integration, and feature testing strategies
- Bonus points for experience with cutting-edge technologies and scaling machine learning models in production
