Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze processes to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to reduce escalations and outages
- Lead special disconnect projects and manage multiple escalations or projects simultaneously
- Collaborate with teams to improve functional areas through process and strategic development
Required Qualifications
- Education: Associate's degree or equivalent work experience in business
- Experience in inventory removal and Offnet Vendor requests
- Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented technical abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Lumen Technologies de-provisioning systems and processes is a plus
