Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist Contractor with 2+ years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage onboarding of products for new and existing customers, ensuring user adoption in the first 90 days
• Educate and enable customers for immediate success through product knowledge and prospecting best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product/service improvements

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of B2B startup experience in Implementation/Onboarding, Customer Success, or Sales/Sales Development
• Familiarity with CRM and Sales Engagement systems
• Ability to engage and interact with key customer stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced remote team environment
• Flexibility to work a predefined schedule during customer hours
