Job Summary
An organization is seeking an Implementation Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the installation and configuration of software services for customer environments
- Engage with internal and external customers/vendors during enrollment and provide assistance for program issue resolution
- Create and maintain installation and configuration documentation and status updates
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent technical knowledge in areas such as operating systems, networking, and core company applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Experience in the automotive industry is helpful
- Salesforce experience is beneficial
