Infrastructure Support Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Infrastructure Support Specialist to oversee equipment servicing and provide consulting services in hardware, networking, and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality telephone support with a focus on customer service and product expertise
- Troubleshoot and oversee repairs of defective equipment and perform software troubleshooting
- Sell consulting services and generate revenue through customer engagements and support agreements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a customer-facing role
- Industry knowledge and experience in driving revenue from sales of services
- Experience troubleshooting and configuring hardware and software, including servers and Windows OS
- Ability to support changing departmental initiatives with strong decision-making skills
- Flexibility to work across different time zones, primarily in CDT
