Job Summary

A company is looking for an Infrastructure Support Specialist to oversee equipment servicing and provide consulting services in hardware, networking, and security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality telephone support with a focus on customer service and product expertise
  • Troubleshoot and oversee repairs of defective equipment and perform software troubleshooting
  • Sell consulting services and generate revenue through customer engagements and support agreements
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a customer-facing role
  • Industry knowledge and experience in driving revenue from sales of services
  • Experience troubleshooting and configuring hardware and software, including servers and Windows OS
  • Ability to support changing departmental initiatives with strong decision-making skills
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones, primarily in CDT
