Key Responsibilities

• Guide clients through copyright and trademark processes
• File copyright and trademark applications and renewals
• Handle the copyrighting of software and trademarking of logos

Required Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of intellectual property law experience
• Familiarity with copyright and trademark filing procedures
• Proven ability to handle copyright and trademark work with limited oversight
• Licensed to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction (D.C., Virginia, or New York preferred)
