Job Summary

A company in the healthcare industry is looking for a Provider Invoice Queue Agent.

Position Responsibilities

• Process invoices for prepayment and post-payment to facilities/providers for medical records retrieval
• Answer questions via phone or email regarding payment resolutions
• Review and draft dispute letters, as needed, to providers

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Ability to integrate data from multiple systems using Cotiviti Proprietary applications and MS Office suite of products
• Self-motivated and strong multi-tasking capabilities
• Punctuality and ability to maintain a consistent schedule
• Analytic and problem-solving capabilities to effectively support providers
