Job Summary

A company is looking for a CRM Systems Analyst III to lead and optimize the Salesforce CRM system for the Office of Admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the Salesforce CRM system, including system procedures and user roles
• Provide training and support as a subject matter expert, overseeing CRM governance meetings
• Design and implement system updates, communication campaigns, reports, and dashboards to enhance recruitment efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience
• Experience supporting recruitment efforts in a higher education admissions office
• Experience with undergraduate admissions policies and procedures
• CRM system expertise, preferably Salesforce, and experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• Experience, education, or training in project management
