Job Summary
A company is looking for a CRM Systems Analyst III to lead and optimize the Salesforce CRM system for the Office of Admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the Salesforce CRM system, including system procedures and user roles
- Provide training and support as a subject matter expert, overseeing CRM governance meetings
- Design and implement system updates, communication campaigns, reports, and dashboards to enhance recruitment efforts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience
- Experience supporting recruitment efforts in a higher education admissions office
- Experience with undergraduate admissions policies and procedures
- CRM system expertise, preferably Salesforce, and experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Experience, education, or training in project management
