Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of IT Service Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee Major Incident, Problem, and Change Management functions to ensure operational excellence
  • Leverage data analytics for continuous improvement and trend identification in service delivery
  • Provide leadership and training opportunities for team members while monitoring performance and compliance
Required Qualifications
  • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
  • 7+ years of experience in IT Support, specifically within Technology Operations Centers
  • Experience with IT Major Incident, Change, and Problem Management systems and processes
  • 3+ years of supervisory, managerial, or demonstrated leadership experience
  • Proven ability to implement process improvements and reduce operational risk
