Job Summary
A company is looking for an Executive Communications and Keynote Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leaders on internal and external communications
- Manage day-to-day operations for the executive communications team, including logistics and briefing senior leadership
- Oversee technical and production aspects of corporate keynotes and meetings
Required Qualifications
- 7 to 10 years of experience in live-event, creative agency, or public relations, preferably in the tech industry
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Experience collaborating with senior executives in fast-paced environments
- Willingness to travel for week-long periods approximately four to five times a year
