Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Communications and Keynote Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior leaders on internal and external communications
  • Manage day-to-day operations for the executive communications team, including logistics and briefing senior leadership
  • Oversee technical and production aspects of corporate keynotes and meetings
Required Qualifications
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in live-event, creative agency, or public relations, preferably in the tech industry
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience collaborating with senior executives in fast-paced environments
  • Willingness to travel for week-long periods approximately four to five times a year
