Lab Dispatcher CSR - Remote Overnight
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lab Dispatcher+CSR for remote overnight shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Properly document changes to orders requested by facility and/or ordering physician
- Coordinate estimated time of arrival (ETA) with appropriate technician and facility
- Contact facilities for scheduling or re-scheduling needs and assist with inbound Customer Service calls as required
Required Qualifications:
- High School Graduate or GED
- Proficient to expert use of Microsoft Office software
- Ability to focus on tasks in a busy, call center environment
- Must have a private workspace free from external sounds and distractions
- Must have high-speed internet connection to support VoIP communications
