Learning Management System Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Management System (LMS) Manager to oversee and optimize their learning platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer the LMS, managing user access, course uploads, and system updates
• Collaborate with teams to publish and manage learning programs and certifications
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and generate training reports

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as an LMS Manager or similar role in learning technology
• Experience with enterprise LMS platforms (e.g., Absorb, Intellum, etc.)
• Familiarity with eLearning standards such as SCORM and xAPI
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in generating learning reports
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
