Learning Technology Program Manager

Job Summary

A company in the Financial industry is seeking a Learning Technology Program Manager.

Position Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage learning technology platforms, tools, and resources for a global workforce and remote learners
• Conduct end-to-end analysis, explore new tools, and capabilities to meet the learning technology needs of the business
• Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identify schedules, scopes, resources, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in instructional design technology, education, communication, English, technical writing, or equivalent experience
• Prior experience with Docebo and Articulate
• Experience with enterprise learning solutions and tool/capabilities available to solve learner use cases
• General working knowledge of instructional design methodology and adult learning theory
• Demonstrated ability to respond and adapt to change through collaboration and experimentation
