Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Advisor to support the new business and renewal process for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather applications from carriers, instruct employers on paperwork completion, and send forms for implementation
- Communicate final approvals from carriers to clients, providing necessary documentation and information
- Manage database documentation and track correspondence, while balancing daily tasks and maintaining client relationships
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar benefits role at a carrier, general agency, or brokerage
- Thorough knowledge of employee benefits, including policies, underwriting requirements, and legislation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, as well as database applications
- Current life and health insurance license required
- Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
