Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Analytics - Customer Insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in analytics projects from scoping to delivery, solving business problems through various analytics streams
- Develop customized AI/ML solutions, including NLP, to improve operational performance and customer experience
- Derive insights from data, automate processes, and provide actionable recommendations for effective decision-making
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or a quantitative field with 2+ years of relevant analytics/data science experience
- Hands-on experience in SQL/SAS/Python or similar programming languages
- Proficiency in applying NLP and AI/ML techniques to analyze complex data sets
- Good understanding of the USA credit business market
- Ability to work remotely with minimal direction and manage tasks with competing priorities
