Manager Process Improvement

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Process Improvement for HB and PB.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily tasks and activities of the Process Improvement team and manage two business analysts
• Implement and maintain processes for analyzing revenue cycle performance, including payer denials and aging accounts
• Coordinate resources and training to ensure effective reporting and analytics for revenue cycle management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, healthcare-related field, or equivalent work experience
• 7 or more years of experience in finance, revenue cycle management, or information systems, with healthcare experience required
• 2 years of prior management experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability in Epic and third-party analytic applications
• Strong leadership and project management skills
