Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Channel Account Manager, MSP.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage relationships with sales, marketing, and technical Managed Service Providers channel partner teams assigned to sales reps
  • Foster and develop management and executive relationships with channel partners
  • Develop and teach operational and sales best practices to channel partner teams to assist in growth targets
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and experience in building relationships to grow accounts in net new revenue
  • Ability to understand technical products and solutions, in order to sell email security, compliance, and cyber resilience solutions and services
  • Experience in Strong presentation, listening skills, and Solution Selling Skills
  • Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) and other sales enablement platforms preferred (Outreach, Gong, etc.)
  • Desire for self-improvement and growth within a growing sales organization
