Job Summary
A company is looking for a NOC Technician.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support SDWAN/Meraki/Sunbelt/MECM systems
- Work on multiple tickets and answer customer calls
- Monitor network operations and resolve routine network monitoring problems
Qualifications:
- Network skills and protocol knowledge
- Technical troubleshooting skills
- 5-8 years of related experience
- CCNA certification preferred, but not required
- Associate degree or equivalent education and relevant experience
