Operations Center Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Center Analyst I (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and triage reported client and system issues, investigating solutions and tracking progress
- Collaborate with various teams to identify problems and complete complex configuration tasks to support customer success
- Generate reporting metrics and identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience in a technology or healthcare environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in a HIPAA regulated environment is preferred
- Familiarity with EDI/X12 transactions and relational databases (SQL)
- Exposure to scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript
