Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Operations to lead operational excellence and strategic direction within a nonprofit organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage scalable day-to-day operations and communication systems
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures and manage team deliverables and accountability
• Collaborate with external partners and support fundraising strategies and major events

Required Qualifications

• Prior operations experience in a nonprofit or membership organization
• Prior people management experience
• Strong technical aptitude or interest in technology for process improvement
• Proven project management and CRM experience
• Experience with fundraising and strategic communications is a plus
