Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 8 years of direct experience in medical revenue cycle leadership
• 5 years of experience managing physician and hospital patient financial services departments
• Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) and Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) certifications
• Experience with various healthcare providers and managing remote teams
• 3 years of experience mentoring staff at various levels
