Job Summary

A company in the insurance industry is looking for an Operations Director.

Position Responsibilities:

Direct the operations and management of a department(s), business unit or division within the company
Manage all components of profit, loss and expense as it relates to the operations of the business unit or division
Lead a group of managers and professionals who are responsible for the direct Provision of service to producing partners of the Global Network and provides strategic direction in support of the overall company goals

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required, post graduate degree may be required
10 years operations insurance experience or related education/experience
Minimum 7+ Supervisory/Management years of experience required
MBA, CPCU or RPLU designation highly desirable
