Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations and coordination across teams
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and systems
• Manage budget, payroll, benefits administration, and vendor relationships

Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of operations-related experience, including 5 years in management
• Experience in human resources, finance, and/or technology
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Ability to solve complex organizational problems with a focus on equity and empathy
