Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Operations, Medication Adherence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing goals, metrics, and strategies for a high-volume engagement team focused on medication adherence
- Managing a team of managers and pharmacy technicians across multiple time zones
- Working with stakeholders to develop and execute clinical pharmacy initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- MBA, MHA, MPH, or PharmD preferred
- At least 10 years of leadership experience, clinical pharmacy experience preferred
- Knowledge of Medicare preferred
- Experience managing through CRM systems and strong analytical skills
