Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate, UM Optimization to join their Optimization team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations/projects
- Evaluate overall departmental performance through data analysis and metrics
- Collaborate with stakeholders to formulate implementation and risk mitigation strategies
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of work experience in operations, health insurance, data analysis, engineering, and/or consulting
- 2+ years of experience using data software such as Excel
- 2+ years of experience with end-to-end project management
- 2+ years of experience designing and improving workflows
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and/or Theory of Constraints
