A company is looking for a Dean of Operations Transition Support Provider.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a structured onboarding and training plan for the incoming Dean of Operations
- Coach on operational domains including attendance, recruitment, health and safety, and facilities management
- Model collaboration and leadership development for the operations team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred
- Experience serving in an operational leader capacity
- Prior experience in project and people management is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Google Platforms, including Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification and clear health and background check
