Job Summary
A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Cloud Dashboard Developer (HR).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop metrics, dashboards, and reports using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), and Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Analyze business questions to extract actionable insights and optimize data for performance and scalability
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience with SQL, Oracle HCM Cloud, FDI, OAC, and ADW
- Expertise in data integration and augmentation techniques
- Knowledge of data security protocols and Oracle best practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Experience delivering insightful analytics for HR business questions
