Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outbound Call Center Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to offer and schedule healthcare evaluations
  • Follow approved scripts and respond to member inquiries with professionalism
  • Meet daily productivity and quality goals while adhering to HIPAA guidelines
Required Qualifications and Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1+ year of call center experience or 2+ years of general work experience required
  • Previous experience in a high-volume outbound call center is preferred
  • Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment
  • Strong computer skills and ability to multitask during calls
