Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Rep II for the Scheduling & Registration Call Center, with remote eligibility after training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all registration activities for patients in various access areas and ensure financial clearance
  • Verify insurance eligibility and secure medical record numbers while adhering to patient identification policies
  • Collect patient financial obligations and maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Hospital Administration preferred
  • Two years of healthcare experience in Patient Access or related roles required
  • Experience in a healthcare call center or handling high-volume calls preferred
  • Flexibility in scheduling, including evening commitments
