Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scheduler - BMC Patient Access.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and manage scheduling and pre-registration documentation for patient inquiries
  • Educate patients and providers on patient care issues, including insurance and service availability
  • Obtain and verify patient demographics and medical information accurately and timely
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service
  • Ability to handle inquiries via telephone and electronic communication
  • Familiarity with healthcare information systems
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
