Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Account Call Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make contact with patient/guarantors through inbound and outbound calls
- Advise of remaining account balance(s) and answer any questions/concerns
- Collect on self-pay and insurance residual accounts
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Familiarity with computer systems and data entry skills
- Minimum two years of customer service or collections experience
- Minimum six months of experience in a call center environment
- Familiarity with Fair Debt Collections Practices
