Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Account Call Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make contact with patient/guarantors through inbound and outbound calls
  • Advise of remaining account balance(s) and answer any questions/concerns
  • Collect on self-pay and insurance residual accounts
Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Familiarity with computer systems and data entry skills
  • Minimum two years of customer service or collections experience
  • Minimum six months of experience in a call center environment
  • Familiarity with Fair Debt Collections Practices
