Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payer Tracking Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Anticipate and provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries via various communication channels
  • Address client concerns and complaints promptly, escalating complex issues to management as needed
  • Maintain detailed records of client accounts and facilitate coordination of client aging reviews
Required Qualifications
  • GED or High School Diploma
  • Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Ability to work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures
  • Capability to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
