Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payer Tracking Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Anticipate and provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries via various communication channels
- Address client concerns and complaints promptly, escalating complex issues to management as needed
- Maintain detailed records of client accounts and facilitate coordination of client aging reviews
Required Qualifications
- GED or High School Diploma
- Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed
- Ability to work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures
- Capability to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
