Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payer Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of payer management strategies and direct ongoing activities
• Partner closely with various internal teams to ensure execution of market strategy
• Monitor and manage the ongoing success of payer partnerships, including communication and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a healthcare environment, preferably in payer account management or value-based care operations
• Deep expertise in value-based care strategy and payer operations
• Ability to manage expectations across multiple stakeholders and develop high-quality materials
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, ground-up business build with a strong bias for action
