Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically establish policies, processes, and procedures for accurate and timely payroll calculations
- Review and approve payrolls, special payments, and W2s in accordance with departmental procedures and laws
- Manage payroll projects, resolve escalated issues, and develop payroll team members
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of payroll management experience
- Demonstrated 5+ years of UltiPro payroll experience
- Advanced knowledge of payroll policies, regulations, and compliance
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Proficiency with Excel and data analysis
