Job Summary

A company is looking for a PMO Program Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage administrative duties such as project schedules, calendars, correspondence, and program IT accounts
  • Coordinate and track device transactions, shipping labels, and shipping records
  • Manage invoices, purchase orders, and payments
Required Qualifications:
  • BA degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience or a Masters with 2 years of relevant experience
  • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
