Job Summary
A company is looking for a PMO Program Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative duties such as project schedules, calendars, correspondence, and program IT accounts
- Coordinate and track device transactions, shipping labels, and shipping records
- Manage invoices, purchase orders, and payments
Required Qualifications:
- BA degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience or a Masters with 2 years of relevant experience
- Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze data and make recommendations
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
