Job Summary
A company is looking for a Reuse Supervisor (Polish speaking).
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate a team of approximately 8 internal employees (translators & modification writers)
- Approve and assign content ideas while validating previews and headlines for engagement and editorial standards
- Monitor workflow, distribute tasks using Asana, and provide feedback to improve content creation
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in content supervision, editorial leadership, or similar roles
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a creative team
- Deep understanding of viral content trends and user engagement strategies
- Experience with task management tools (Asana) and a structured workflow approach
- Flexibility and adaptability to adjust processes based on content performance
