Key Responsibilities

• Oversees planning and execution of small projects to support the Public Sector organization
• Develops and maintains project plans, budgets, and performance reports
• Serves as a liaison between team members and management, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or a High School Diploma/GED with four years of relevant experience
• Five years of relevant work experience
• Prior experience in marketing, communications, and project management is preferred
• Strong project management skills with the ability to track progress and communicate results
• Strategic thinker capable of aligning public sector programs with organizational goals
