Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physician Advisory Services QA Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee QA staff and manage the File Review Board to ensure timely and accurate processing of files
• Ensure QA staff adhere to job duties, including report accuracy and following client-specific instructions
• Act as a liaison between reviewers, team members, and clients regarding file status and issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in medical peer review or healthcare industry is required
• Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred
• Ability to manage time efficiently and meet specific deadlines
• Computer literacy and typing skills are essential
