Job Summary
A company is looking for a Coordinator Quality Assurance Dialer.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor adherence to benchmarks and goals, providing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
- Manage the InContact Dialer and perform quality assurance for the Customer Service team
- Prepare and analyze operational reports, ensuring the daily readiness of the call center automated dialer application
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle or related field required
- All certifications required upon hire
- Experience with call center management systems and quality assurance processes
- Technical proficiency in operating various computer systems, including dialer management programs
