Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coordinator Quality Assurance Dialer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor adherence to benchmarks and goals, providing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
  • Manage the InContact Dialer and perform quality assurance for the Customer Service team
  • Prepare and analyze operational reports, ensuring the daily readiness of the call center automated dialer application


Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle or related field required
  • All certifications required upon hire
  • Experience with call center management systems and quality assurance processes
  • Technical proficiency in operating various computer systems, including dialer management programs
